Looking for something that stands out from the crowd? The Asics Japan Pro is an updated version of the long-running Fabre Japan S, first released in 1981 and popular with many basketball players. This version has been specially adapted for skateboarding.

The front of the shoe is made from two pieces, with triple stitching at the toe to help prevent tearing. It uses high-quality suede and leather, both of which have undergone internal testing. The perforated toe improves ventilation. The tongue is thicker than on the standard model and has an elastic strap for extra comfort that helps keep it from sliding sideways as you wear it. The taller cupsole provides better impact protection. Inside, a perforated insole supports stability by reinforcing the inner center of gravity and helps cushion landings.

A perforated Asics logo is stitched onto the sides. The tongue features an Asics Skateboarding logo label. At the back, a leather heel tab bears the brand logo, with a fabric strip featuring a reflective detail underneath.
