Founded in 1995 by legendary skater Julien Stranger under the Deluxe Distribution umbrella, the company was created as a reaction to the polished and commercial direction skateboarding was taking in the mid-1990s. Known for its raw attitude, iconic eagle logo and no-frills approach to skateboarding, Anti Hero has built a reputation around powerful skating, road trips and authentic skate culture. Over the years, its team has featured legendary names such as Julien Stranger, John Cardiel, Frank Gerwer, Tony Trujillo, Grant Taylor, Brian Anderson, Chris Pfanner and Daan Van Der Linden.
